Neha Baid is a practicing Company Secretary with close to 20 years of extensive experience in Indian corporate law and exchange control regulations. She has been advising clients spanning across sectors on regulatory structuring, planning, compliance, and dispute resolution.

Neha’s practice encompasses India entry and exit strategies, setting up of different forms of legal entities, secretarial compliance, secretarial audit and advisory.

She has been actively representing clients at various appellate forums including Mumbai NCLT, particularly in matters of business restructuring and oppression and mismanagement matters.

Neha also serves the Board of various MNCs as an independent and resident woman director and she works for companies globally across diverse sectors including technology, banking and financial services, technology, media and communications, manufacturing, etc.

Neha is quite active in legal fora and speaks regularly at conferences. She has taught corporate law course modules at the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and has lectured at law colleges.
